Clean rooms and great facilities - with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location - situated close to a beautiful river for rafting and the nearby national park. Got some great local insights and enjoyed the experience. The hotel transport made it convenient to explore the complex.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even organized a boat trip for us on short notice, which was a great experience. Our room was stylish and clean, and the surroundings were filled with wild hornbills and butterflies. The resort also boasts a lovely pool with a fantastic waterslide and a picturesque view. During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Nana Resort Kaeng Krachan - Sha Plus Certified, a hotel chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the trip to the onsite spa. With its two treatment rooms, I was able to enjoy rejuvenating hot stone massages, sports massages, Thai massages, and facials. The spa services were of exceptional quality, providing an incredible relaxation experience. The resort also offers a well-equipped fitness center, allowing guests like me to maintain our exercise routine even while traveling. The free WiFi provided throughout the property was a significant advantage, ensuring I could stay connected and productive throughout my stay.

We went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful location of this hotel next to a river. the gardens were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. the pools were clean, and we loved that there were different areas to relax in. the breakfast had a decent spread of food, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Our stay was marred by poor customer service. the staff, although friendly, struggled to communicate in English, which made it difficult to get our inquiries answered.

The surroundings of the resort are beautiful with a lot of greenery and water features. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything. The golf cart service is a nice touch that makes it convenient to get around the resort.

Our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The rooms were not up to standard with old furniture that needs painting or varnishing.
